Vendor Information

- A spot is $20. One booth per vendor. - Each vendor will be provided with 2 chairs and a 4' table (8' for the first 8 who signed up). - There will be 32 vendors. Your spot will depend on what you'll be selling (if possible, no one in the same category will be placed beside each other), when you signed up, and needs you specify. - Customers will be offered 2 chances to win 2 prizes, each of which will be a compilation of handcrafted goods. Sorry, only vendors who participate may offer their customers an extra ballot. - A list of vendors will be provided to visitors. The deadline to have one's info. included in this free promotional handout is May 28, 2010. - ONLY items YOU made with your hands or other body parts are permitted. Do not bring anything other than what you have been approved for on your application. - No refunds unless the event is cancelled. - The event will take place on Saturday, June 5, 2010, at Bloor St. United Church in Toronto - 300 Bloor St. West (wheelchair accessible); 12 - 5 pm. Setup 11:30 am- noon Pack-up 5 - 5:30 pm Vendors arriving after 11:45 am will not be admitted and will not be refunded. Not permitted: - Selling items that you have not been approved to sell. If you have made items that are not on your application, contact Cheryl for permission to sell them. - An item priced over $30, incl. tax - Music or any other audio presentations - Flashing lights (except from a camera) - Dead animals or anything resembling one - Paintings on canvas or other non-functional fine art - Items you did not create or artistically alter with your hands or other body parts (it's OK if a friend or relative sells your goods, but your table must offer only your goods) - Hanging items on the wall using something other than suction cups (if you can use other non-damaging devices, please tell Cheryl) - Leaving prior to 5 pm Vendor FAQ
